A FIREPLUG CDI for the 76-78 L/C RUPP 250/340/440:
Is now available for the RUPP Xenoah engines. This CDI uses Factory style OEM connectors and terminals for an easy bolt down / plug & play installation. The CDI follows the same timing profile as the OEM-factory CDI, but offers higher spark energy and FIREPLUG history of proven reliability.
Same great features & WARRANTY as all FIREPLUG models.
Uses OEM-style connectors for direct plug-in connections to factory harness
OEM CDI BOX WIRE COLORS: (confirm before ordering)
BLUE (MALE) = TRIGGER COIL
W/RED (FEMALE) = HV STATOR COIL
BROWN (MALE) = GROUND
BLK/WHT (FEMALE) = KILL-SW
GREEN/WHT (FEMALE) = COIL HV
BROWN (MALE) = COIL GROUIND
Stator Values: (approximate +/- 10% @ room temp)
W/RED-BROWN = 278-ohms
W/RED – BLUE = 22-ohms
